A Steamed rice flour dumpling with a shrimp and bamboo filling. The outer casing is chewy and satisfying, protecting a flavorful bundle of shrimp and bamboo filling.
The shrimp dumplings first appeared in Guangzhou outskirts near the creek bazaar Deli. This dish is said to be the one that the skill of a dim sum chef is judged on. Traditionally, shrimp should have at least seven and preferably ten or more pleats imprinted on its wrapper.

Cooking Instructions
1. Line the bottom of a steamer with parchment paper. Alternatively, coat the bottom with a bit of oil to prevent sticking
2. Steam the dumplings from frozen, on a high heat rapid boil for 8 minutes.
3. Enjoy immediately!
