Chiu Chow-style dim sum is known for the crystal dumpling. The dumpling skin is almost translucent and shiny. 

With a crystal like translucent skin, the Chiu Chow Style dumplings are favored for their chewy skin and mild fillings. Best paired with a chili sauce or oil. Our Dumplings have a chicken and mushroom filling, accompanied by celery and coriander for texture.

Cooking Instructions 

1. Line the bottom of a steamer with parchment paper. Alternatively, coat the bottom with a bit of oil to prevent sticking 

2. Steam the dumplings from frozen, on a high heat rapid boil for 7 minutes. 

3. Enjoy immediately!
