A Classic Cantonese dessert. Soft and Creamy centre with a crispy light tempura crust. Available in three original flavours: Original Sweet Milk, Crispy Milk Tart and Creamy Matcha. 

Cooking Instructions (Air Fry): 

  1.  Air fry for 10 minutes at 180 Celsius.
  2.  Slightly Cool and Serve, optionally with Ice cream.

  1. Heat oil till 180 Celsius
  2. Deep Fry for 3-4 Minutes until Golden Brown Delicious and Goey Centre.
